Hello, I'm C.J. Holler, a Senior Technical Product Manager based in Dallas, Texas. My favorite thing about the job is taking ideas from whiteboards and sticky notes and turning them into working software within days.

My path into product has not been traditional, but I believe that makes the story more interesting! I started in classrooms teaching general and life sciences, then by way of a coding bootcamp, moved into product through quality engineering at Club Automation. This is where I say I 'fell in love with product' by being at the intersection of business, design, and engineering. From there, I held product roles at Devbridge (an agile consultancy acquired by Cognizant) building 0 to 1 products in financial services, pharmaceuticals, and logistics. Next, I moved into product for Last Mile delivery at Walmart. My scope included increasing nationwide coverage for Deliver From Store to 90% and $1B in GMV.

Now, I am currently building product strategy at NorthMark Compute & Cloud, where the problem space is high-performance compute infrastructure for customers whose workloads don't can't run in traditional cloud providers. The work is technical, the customers are technical, and the outcomes still come down to a small number of measurable things: utilization, time-to-deploy, and the honest cost per unit of work that finance and engineering can both stand behind.

What I bring to a team: opinion grounded in data, comfort with ambiguity early in a roadmap, and a bias toward shipping something measurable rather than perfect. I am most useful in the gap between what a business wants and what a system can actually do — naming that gap honestly, then closing it one decision at a time.

I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Biology from Wheaton College (IL), and an MBA from Baylor University.
